Building off the preview picks and day 1 outcomes, here’s how our predictions are stacking up following the 2nd round (games 5-8) of the 2010 WFTDA Championships.

Round 2 Outcomes
Game 5: Gotham 151 vs. TXRG 52
Game 6: RMRG 165 vs. Charm 103
Game 7: Philly 147 vs. KCRW 126
Game 8: Oly 178 vs. Windy 76

Our prediction lines on the spider web are getting ever closer to the average-adjusted PPG’s and differences. In an impressive showing, Charm City outscored their expectations despite losing to Rocky- improving their Average PPG & Difference for the tournament well over our predictions.  Philly and Rocky are also out-scoring our expectations. The Oly machine is performing alarmingly close to our expectations- predictable much?

Here’s how our staff predictions are stacking up:

Thanks to Caesar’s faith in Kansas City, he loses his lead to match the rest of us.

Caesar still has the closest score predictions, though- even if only by a small margin. Vince lost his commanding prediction lead when he bet on Minnesota making it to the second round. I think Koolaid submitted scores copied from his World Cup bracket.
